A/N: my first ever Tolkien-verse fic. I hope you all like it and that I did enough research to make this passable. Please be kind and I appreciate concrit so that I can improve as a writer. I wanted more Dwalin/Ori fic, especially the angsty kind. There are major spoilers for the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings in here, just fair warning to you if you don’t want to be spoiled.
