Bob doesn’t think he could ever forget their first kiss.

It was one of those that just happened. It wasn’t planned. It wasn’t perfect per say… but it was theirs.

It happened after the Davis Cup match where he and Mike had just defeated Nalby and del Potro in the doubles match. Back in the locker rooms, Bob had felt incredibly guilty for being half the reason David had such a horrible look on his face.

He told Mike that he’d be along in a minute. He then asked David if he could talk to him for a second. Nalby had just sadly nodded his head once. Bob then got on his knees before the other man and apologized for beating them.

David had just shaken his head and then shut Bob up by leaning forward and kissing him. Surprised and shocked, Bob didn’t respond. When David pulled away, blushing slightly, he mumbled an apology. Bob didn’t answer but by pulling the Argentine down for another round.

While their first kiss had been wet thanks to David’s tears, it was the second that was really memorable.
